Hi, thanks for visiting this page.  I will be posting video content here over time to explore complicated issues regarding survivorship, belonging, morality and humanity.  I do the videos in my spare time so it may take some time between content additions.

My initial video is about my journey to give you a better sense of who I am and how my life changed on October 8, 2016.  My nickname is AJ in case you are wondering who that is in the video!

I’d like to thank Vince Genovese for his generous project guidance, John Baker for his cinematography, Penny Krueger for her editing mastery, and Christina Fitzgibbons for a lot including doing the interviews.

In April, I was honored to be the Survivor Speaker at the second annual CycleNation fundraising event sponsored by the American Heart Association.  It was a great event, they did a terrific job.  I raised $18,000 for the event to boot, making me the top fundraiser for CycleNation and that is the award I receive before my speech.  I know it doesn’t feel like it but there were a couple hundred people there.  My friend couldn’t see through the camera viewfinder for some odd reason so the footage is a bit wobbly, but I’m grateful he was able to capture it after all.  Thank you @BobNBC and @fastfreddie1973 for emceeing the event.  Most of all, thanks for watching.
